The Real Zaragoza has celebrated the promotion to Primera RFEF with Jaime Vallejo, former player of the team. Vallejo, left-back, talks about his injury and Eldense's promotion to Primera RFEF. "The Zaragoza told me they had doubts about me and that I didn't deserve to be waiting", said Vallejo in an interview. Vallejo suffered a serious knee injury that stopped him from debuting with the first team and being sent on loan to Elda, where he had another physical setback. But the left-back conjured up to return on time and celebrate the return to Segunda of his team, where he could continue once the Zaragoza decided not to exercise the option they had to renew his contract. "Look, I've had a tough season, but the end couldn't have been better. Promotion with Eldense and the possibility of playing in Segunda…" said Vallejo. Vallejo also talked about his injury and how he recovered. "I don't know if it's my body or my head, but I never give up and, with the medical services there and the whole team supporting me from the first moment, it's been incredible this unexpected comeback. I'm happier than ever", said Vallejo. The left-back also talked about his family and how he feels with Eldense's promotion to Primera RFEF. "From my parents, my brothers and all my family. My parents have been a fundamental piece in my whole career. Without them and all their effort, I wouldn't be who I am today or have reached this far. So I thought of them as soon as the referee blew the whistle, I looked for them and took them onto the field with me so they could enjoy the celebration", said Vallejo.
